Thank you for supporting my small business and respecting my time 💗✨ 📌 Appointment Policy Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. New clients, arrive a few minutes early to get settled and ready for your service. 🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Any changes made under 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. • Standard cancellation fee: $55 • Larger services cancellation fee: $60–$80, depending on the service Fees must be paid the same day to remain in good standing and to continue booking future appointments. A new deposit is required to book again after a late cancellation or no-show. 💳 Deposits Deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule 24+ hours in advance, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment. Only 1 reschedule per month is allowed — additional changes require a new deposit. 💗 Menstrual Cycle Policy You may be waxed while on your period as long as you are wearing a clean tampon or menstrual cup. If you choose to cancel within the 24-hour window, the cancellation fee still applies. If you have an irregular cycle, please avoid pre-booking if you are unsure whether you will be able to attend. ⏰ Late Policy A 5-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and a late fee must be paid before rebooking. This policy ensures appointments run smoothly and prevents delays for clients scheduled after you. Please use the restroom before your appointment — you must be inside the treatment room, not in the parking lot or restroom, by your scheduled time. ❌ No-Show Policy No-shows are subject to a 100% service charge and may be blocked from future bookings. No-shows are considered disrespectful to both the business and clients who show up on time. I understand life happens — communication is appreciated. If you are unable to attend, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss your options. 🚫 Extra Guests No extra guests are allowed unless they are receiving a service and I have approved it in advance. This includes children — no exceptions. This policy is in place for safety, sanitation, and privacy. ⚠️ Contraindications If you are using Retin-A, retinol, Accutane, AHA/BHA products, or have had recent laser or chemical peels, please let me know before booking. These may affect skin sensitivity and make waxing unsafe. 💵 Payments Preferred payment method: Cash Also accepted: Zelle or Apple Pay 🎀 Client Requirements You must be 18+ to receive waxing services. Women only are serviced for intimate treatments. 💞 Comfort & Professionalism BeauteWaxingStudio is a judgment-free, women-only environment. Your privacy and comfort are always prioritized.
